Bob Mac Donald oversees all facets of quantitative and qualitative research projects for CRG. 

He possesses more than 20 years of industry experience in managing quantitative and qualitative research projects, with a specialty in employee opinion and customer satisfaction measurement. 

Bob’s expertise includes developing sound methodologies, designing and finalizing survey instruments and sample designs, managing fieldwork operations, data collection, analysis and interpretation, and reporting of results.  He also has extensive experience in project costing, outlining costs, and developing schedules for proposals and projects.
